The event took place in the Christmas of 2000. The event’s square of the Mall was decorated with scenes of Christmas, as the house of Santa Claus, the sledge ready to travel for a long time, the toy’s factory with the helpers of Santa Claus, children choral, etc. It was used 70 tons of sand. The making of sculptures inside of mall was an inedited initiative. The exposition was a success, attracting many visitors daily, since the first day of the confection (public appreciate to see the artist making the sand sculpture) until its last day.
